Product Description

The filter is mainly used to filter impurities. Generally speaking, it is necessary to determine the specifications of the dryer according to the refrigeration system of the refrigerator and air conditioner, such as the specifications of diameter, inner diameter, outer diameter, and internal components, such as filter bowl, mesh cloth, and molecular sieve.

Its shell is formed by closing with copper pipe. The inlet and outlet interfaces at both ends have the same diameter and different diameter. The inlet end is a coarse metal mesh and the outlet end is a fine metal mesh, which can effectively filter impurities. The molecular sieve with excellent hygroscopic characteristics is used as a desiccant to absorb the moisture in the refrigerant, so as to ensure the smooth capillary and the normal operation of the refrigeration system. When the desiccant fails due to excessive absorption of water, it should be replaced in time.

When the refrigerant flows through it, the water contained is absorbed by the molecular sieve, and the dirt is blocked by the filter screen. Therefore, when we need to replace the drying filter during maintenance, we should pay attention to avoid breaking the filter screens at both ends of the filter; The filter that has been opened should be applied in time and should not be exposed to the atmosphere for a long time, because the molecular sieve contained in it may reach saturation and lose its function of absorbing water.

As the "scavenger" in the refrigerator refrigeration system, the drying filter is mainly used to absorb the water and dust in the system to ensure the cleanness and dryness of the refrigeration system. It is connected between the condenser and the capillary.

Although the whole refrigeration system works in a dry vacuum environment, it is inevitable that there will be a small amount of water and tiny impurities. This is mainly because during the assembly process, due to the influence of the assembly environment, the nonstandard assembly operation or the incomplete cleaning of the parts themselves, air or some dust enter the refrigeration pipeline. The air contains certain moisture and impurities. According to the principle of refrigeration cycle, high-temperature and high-pressure superheated steam is discharged from the compressor exhaust port, cooled by the condenser, and then enters the capillary tube for throttling and depressurization. Because the inner diameter of the capillary tube is very small, if there is water and impurities in the system, it is easy to cause blockage and make the refrigerant unable to circulate. Once these impurities enter the compressor, they may aggravate the wear of piston, cylinder, bearing and other components, and affect the performance and service life of the compressor. Therefore, it is necessary to place a drying filter between the condenser and the capillary.

Seen from the surface of the single-inlet drying filter, the drying filter is a section of thick copper tube, its shell is a copper tube, with a diameter of 16~18mm and a length of 100~180mm. There is a port at both ends of the condenser, and the thicker end is the inlet end, which is used to connect the condenser; The thinner end is the outlet end, which is used to connect with the capillary.
